I stumbled upon these tiny pies baked in glass jars (!) on Not Martha & think they’d be a really cute idea for a dessert buffet OR as escort cards/table assignments, no?
My idea would be to have people specify which kind of pie they’d like (from three or four fruity options) on the RSVP cards and then bake accordingly for the wedding. Delicious & fun! 
This is all in theory however, because I have no idea how difficult these are to make. I just bought two dozen Kerr preserve jars (4 oz. cupcake-y size & 8 oz. reasonable appetite size) and will have to test the waters before I fully commit to this crazy idea.

The Dealio

Todd asked, I affirmed, and now we're getting mawwwied!

In an effort to not spam my friends with matrimonial talk all over the Interwebs, I created a separate all wedding, all the time site wherein I can indulge my bridal impulses. Follow along if you dare!
